Delivery Timeline Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery across India takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. During peak seasons or festival periods, delivery may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and chosen delivery method at checkout. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹999.
Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp to monitor your order every step of the way. Your Zorelle piece is on its journey to you — forged in the first light, delivered to your door.
Packaging Every Zorelle order is carefully packed in our signature branded packaging, designed to make the unboxing as special as the jewellery itself. We take full responsibility for ensuring your piece arrives safe, secure, and beautifully presented.
Undelivered or Lost Orders In the rare event that your order is lost or undelivered, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our courier partner and resolve the matter promptly.
